Employees needed one dependable path through retirement guidance that was spread across departments, contacts, videos, and documents.
About This Project
I reorganized the information around the employee’s task sequence: begin with the checklist, understand benefits through video, then reach the correct office or resource for the next step.
I developed the responsive page, integrated media and downloadable documents, clarified labels and calls to action, and tested the experience for readability and access across devices.
